Our story
CricClubOS was born out of frustration. Running a cricket club means juggling membership rolls, fee collections, team rosters, match scheduling, equipment tracking, prize money, and more — all while trying to grow the sport and keep your members happy.
For years, club administrators cobbled together spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and generic accounting tools. Important data lived in different places. Treasurers spent hours reconciling payments by hand. New admins inherited chaos. We decided to build something better.
What we build
CricClubOS is an all-in-one management platform purpose-built for cricket clubs. It handles everything a club committee needs to run day-to-day operations:

Our principles
We believe club administrators deserve the same quality of software that enterprise teams take for granted. That means clean interfaces, fast performance, and workflows that match how real clubs operate — not generic SaaS patterns force-fitted onto cricket.
We also believe in transparency. Clubs own their data. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train models. You can export everything at any time.
Multi-season design
Cricket clubs live by the season. CricClubOS is built around this reality: every member record, fee run, net session, and financial entry is scoped to a season. Rolling over to a new season takes seconds, not a full weekend of admin work.
Security and compliance
We take the security of your club's data seriously. Authentication is handled by Keycloak, an enterprise-grade identity platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are committed to GDPR compliance for clubs operating within the European Union and United Kingdom. See our Security page and Data Processing Agreement for details.

CricClubOS is a small, focused team of cricket enthusiasts and software engineers. We run or have run cricket clubs ourselves — that's why every feature is shaped by real operational experience, not guesswork.
We are a bootstrapped company. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs mentality. Our incentive is to build software that club admins love using, season after season.
