Terms of Service

Welcome to CricClubOS. By accessing or using the CricClubOS platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “CricClubOS” or “we” refers to CricClubOS and its operators.
• “Club” means the cricket club that registers for and uses the Service.
• “Club Admin” means the individual who creates and manages a Club account.
• “Member” means any player, official, or other person added to a Club by a Club Admin.
• “User” means any Club Admin or Member who accesses the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Club account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Email verification. Creating a Club is free. You must confirm your email address using the verification link we send before you can sign in and use the Service. We use automated measures (including bot-detection such as Google reCAPTCHA) to protect the registration form from abuse.

Unique Club names & ownership verification.Each Club name on CricClubOS must be unique, and you must not register a Club you do not own or are not authorised to represent. New Clubs are submitted for review. While we review your Club you can continue using the Service, and we may contact you to verify ownership — including requesting documents as proof that you own or are authorised to operate the Club. We may decline, suspend, or remove any Club that we are unable to verify or that we believe was registered in breach of these Terms.

Club Admins are responsible for ensuring that Members they add to the Service have consented to their personal information being processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

CricClubOS offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. New Clubs start with a 14-day free trialon their chosen plan. No payment details are required to begin and no charge is taken upfront — you are only billed if you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, paid features become unavailable when the trial expires.

• Billing cycle: After the free trial, paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan chosen.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Pricing changes:We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any other Club’s data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service.

5. Club Data and Member Privacy

Each Club owns the data it inputs into the Service (“Club Data”), including member records, financial transactions, session logs, and any other content. We act as a data processor on your behalf and process Club Data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Club Admins are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal basis to collect, store, and process personal information about Members within the Service, and for complying with all applicable data protection obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

CricClubOS and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, design, trademarks, and content we produce. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond a limited licence to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You grant CricClubOS a limited, non-exclusive licence to use Club Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors, email providers, or AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CricClubOS is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and operational at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CricClubOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to CricClubOS in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CricClubOS and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and delete your Club account at any time through the account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. We will retain Club Data for up to 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After that period the data will be permanently deleted.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CricClubOS regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
